“Gravity” Written by lead singer/Trumpeter Audrey Powne (The Do Yo Thangs) and produced by Keyboardist James Bowers (Sex on Toast, The Vaudeville Smash) is about a relationship with a foundation in pure and irresistible sexual magnetism.

The bold and exciting production hails back to the early 90s and the height of the New Jack Swing era and the work of producers like Teddy Riley and Bernard Belle whilst also capturing and exploring the energy and complexity of more contemporary electronic producers like Hudson Mohawke and Pomrad.

“Gravity” demonstrates Au Dré’s ability to seamlessly salute the New Jack Swing/90s RnB greats and reinvent the genre for modern audiences with dark jazz harmony and intense, driving drums which would be at home amongst big contemporary Hip Hop Tracks.
